Custom Engine Cover-Big4 Motorsports

Big4 Motorsports of Idaho came to us with an idea for a custom stator cover for a specific model of KTM dirt bike. After being turned away by other engineering firms, we decided to take on the project. After scanning and reverse engineering the OEM cast part we were able to create a new DFM design for CNC machining and add some desired features. We were then able to quickly move into production on this project through one of our numerous CNC partners.
